PRAYERS TO OUR CUSTOMERS who STUCK WITH US CORONA VIRUS and all
it seems everyone knew except us that no matter what we do we will be denied any semblance of a fair, unbiased non prejudicial hearing for any action in Jefferson County or frankly the State, and several other counties. As a result we have seem our equity of some 35 years evaporate, as one action after another are enforced arbitrarily against us.
They say God gives you lemons, make lemonade.
We believe this has presented some possibilities that we hope to exploit prudently and cautiously. However, certain individuals have restricted us systematically fromany and all sources of fundiung, even as we liquidate assets, denying us the most rudomentary defense.
ssues at stake are much more graviman than first suggested. The issues are not simply the violation of due process nadcivil rights infractions, and the stunning and flagrant First Amendment violations.

In effect, the Government has taken over, for all intents and purposes the running of the business operations, dictating arbitrarily, and without penalty, whether the Operator shall be privy to response in RFI, and further, the manner within which the Operator is forced to operate.
This is tantamount to conversion adn theft, as a matter of law, adn tortious interference. Furthermore, when such the Operator violation of First Amendment
